A look at what can be seen
Baffles, the inlet and outlet, the effluent filter and the general condition of the tank. Anything that looks off, you hear about it while it's still cheap to deal with.
The site left tidy
Lids seated properly and hoses off your lawn. Waste is hauled away and disposed of at an approved facility.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?
Every two to three years for most households. Larger families, garburators, older tanks and rental properties all push that interval shorter, while a couple in a newer home with a big tank can often stretch it. Tell us your tank size and how many people are in the house and we'll give you a number to work with.
Do I need to find my lid before you arrive?
No, but it keeps the visit short. If you can't find it, text a photo of the yard and we'll talk you through where to look, since most lids sit in a fairly predictable spot relative to the house.
Can you pump a holding tank or an RV?
Yes, both. Septic tanks, holding tanks, sewer drains, RVs, waste water and campgrounds are all ordinary work for us.
How much does a pump-out cost?
It comes down to tank size, how far the truck has to run hose and where you are in the valley. Call or text 250-938-2093 with those details and you'll have a firm number before we come out rather than after.
