What we do

Buying, selling or finally finding out what you own. We pump the tank down and tell you what's actually there.
Filter cleaning, lid and riser work, alarm checks and pump testing, so the small stuff stays small.
Backed-up lines, failed pumps, broken lids and damaged pipe. We fix what we find or point you to who can.
No. Every community listed here sits on our regular run, so there's no special-trip pricing. Tell us where you are when you call and the quote you get up front is the one you pay.
Usually, yes. Acreages, campgrounds and lake properties elsewhere in the North Okanagan come up often. Call 250-938-2093 and ask. Worst case, we point you to someone closer.
A few days gets you a better slot for routine pumping, particularly at the far ends of the run. For an active backup, call anyway and we'll work it out.
Vernon, since that's where the truck is parked. Lumby, Armstrong and the Highway 97 run through Lake Country and Oyama are all weekly, and Westside Road gets covered on a regular loop.
